Spruce Needle is not currently accepting new patients.
I will likely start accepting new patients again in August or September. Please send an email if you would like to be contacted when I reopen my books to new patients.
If you are a former patient from a previous location and would like to restablish with me or if you have won some treatments at a chairity auction please reach out and we can find a time.
I am in network with Triwest (Veterans Administration) and Blue Cross Blue Shield - Premera. All other insurances will be billed as out of network.
Please note that all acupuncture coverage is not equal. I suggest taking the time to look into your own coverage so you know what to expect. I will also do my best to help us avoid any surprises, however per your insurance carrier information provided to Spruce Needle is not a guarantee of payment. All insurances set their own rates and you will be responsible for the remaining balance according to plan rules.
Veterans using Triwest insurance will never be required to pay for any services rendered at Spruce Needle if I have received a referral from the veterans administration. If you are a veteran but do not have a referral please contact your primary care to have a referral placed before making an appointment.
If you do not have or do not want to use an insurance policy I have a time of service option. New patient appointments are $150 and established patient appointments are $120.
